Great experience . They were very much interested on people skills and not much on construction. Some skilled questions but they were very transparent with the process. They had three rounds. First campus interview second interpersonal skills or online skills challenge and the last one was the office visit and individual interviews with PM and other engineers.

All the interviewers were extremely kind and easy to talk to. Talked to a total of 3 company representatives in the whole process. Overall, the interview process was pretty laid back and they are really good at making you feel comfortable with them
