Mix of technical and behavioral questions, everyone was very kind. It included a phone screening, take home problem, phone interview, in-person interview (pre-covid times). It took approximately a week between each step to hear back.

It was a bit of the standard engineer 3 part interview process. Start with an hour welcome call. Do the take home technical test and then review that in a separate call, then another call talking to other engineers and engineering managers.
