Entrevista
I went to a recruitment meeting and had a great experience. The employees were kind, knowledgeable, and the head recruiter had great insight. Everyone seemed to be happy with their job at First Command and excited about what they do. I'll be continuing on with the hiring process shortly as I get closer to transitioning out of the military.
It's a great and easy process. Great experience the panel was good and I had a great experience. Did 3-4 panel rounds of interviews. You have to be confident and put a smile through the process.
