aptitude round then had technical round followed by hr.
1)apti was quite easy with logical and quantitative questions
2)technical was difficult (c , c++, programming was tough)so coudnt clear. had a good experience.

Atfirst, they select all of the candidates and send mails to them for interview. But when you reach the interview place they will tell you they have already shortlisted the candidates.
