Group discussion round which consists of about 20 students..best ones are selected, on average of 4-5 or may be more....followed by personal interview-1,which includes in questions like why jaro,why sales after engineering etc etc..qualified students will attend personal interview 2 with vice president and here sales ability is tested and convince him to buy product

There were 3 rounds in total where the first round was GD and they asked us topics like- love marriage or arranged marriage, formals or informals, whether cellphones should be allowed at a workplace or not. They just see how fluently you speak there and if you’re nervous. It doesn’t even matter if you’re making a valid point. The second round was a basic personal Interview, where he asks why sales? And maybe he’d ask you to do a role play where you’ll have to sell a product. I was asked to sell a toothpaste to a person who has no teeth. So yeah, I kind of did that and got selected. The third round is another interview by the director of the company. This was a bit tougher than the previous interview. He would put you through stress by asking a lot of stress questions and focusing on how you’d give up on sales. Also, he asked me about the company profile, which I failed to answer because I didn’t go through it. So, didn’t get selected through that.
