Make sure room is well lit (side lighting is the best). Simply turn on the overhead light to brighten up the conference.
Test audio/video settings before joining the group discussion.
Ensure proper internet connectivity for better audio/video clarity for proper communication.
Mute microphone whenever others are speaking .
