Was contacted by their recruiter...said they would be interested in an interview. We scheduled one the next day and met with who would be my sales manager. Conversation went well, asked about past experiences, how I would play a role at CDW, expectations of the job. Everything went well and was offered the job same day. Wasn't too difficult, just know the basic interview questions.

My interview was very straight into the point, in formal, and friendly. They made me feel comfortable in a Zoom atmosphere from the start at just a simple second interview.

The recruitment process was extremely long, with significant gaps between stages and a complete lack of communication. At times, I felt more like an asset being evaluated than a valued potential team member.

The interview lacked substance. It was more describing what company and the position. They kept bringing up some sort of test to identify strong potential candidates. The first interview lacked eye contact.
