Two telephone interviews one being over an hour long. Initially applied for a internal recruiter role, to be later told it is a internal recruiter/office manager which including ordering stationary for the office...completely different to what I initially applied for. Decided to go forward for the interview anyway and my interviews took place on the 15th with Jessica Leathem & 17th August with the MD. It has now been nearly 3 weeks and I still haven't received feedback for either telephone interview. Candidate experience is terrible.

Virtual interview via MS Teams which lasted about 40 minutes. Interviewer went through a range of situational and competency based interview questions, after asking what I knew about Anson Mcade.
