Firstly I was contacted by Lucy, one of the team members involved in recruitment. She asked provided a good overview of the company and asked some general questions to pass on. I was then contacted again by Lucy a week later to set up a Teams meeting which was for an interview by 2 of Antech's management. During the interview they asked questions on general skills and more technical questions to assess my laboratory knowledge. I was contacted by Lucy a week later to let me know the first interview was successful and they would like to see me for a face-to-face interview which involved a practical assessment of my skills and ended with a tour of the lab conducted by the 2 team members who had interviewed me. Overall, it was a really positive experience. Everyone I had contact with during the recruitment process was really nice and informative. It was a long process, but they made the experience less stressful by creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere throughout.
