The interview process was honestly about as polished as I've experienced. The added benefit with a startup like this is they actually care and truly want to get to know you, so you're not just another number passing through.
* I had a phone screen with the Head of Talent and we dove into reasons for applying and what I was looking for.
* I had a technical interview with a (very bright) engineer (who I would love to work with) about a system design question / coding and some nuances about it
* then I had a deep dive into a past project with another engineer
* then I met with the head of engineering (who was impressive)
* then I had a culture / fit interview with head of growth / chief of staff.
* then I got to meet with two of the early team (founder + early engineer)
I ultimately didn't proceed because of some personal reasons, but I would highly recommend interviewing with Anterior. The process was well handled, the company is almost certainly going to do great things, the people are bright and mission drive, and more. I didn't have one conversation that didn't fill me with energy.
If you're passionate about building, want to be inspired by your peers, and want a mission driven company, I would recommend Anterior.
