i applied via linkedin.
i received notification for an initial phone screen.
upon the phone interview i immediately picked up on the "good cop" , "bad cop" intent.
good cop was very friendly and would coyly ask "could you be more specific..?"
bad cop would ask very specific questions, dare i say bordering on proprietary information. it was certainly evident that this "interview" was a front for "free consulting" which is highly unethical, hence, the key phrase "...could you be more specific..?" i could, but you would need to hire me as a consultant... :)
after the interview, i have heard absolutely nothing not even a rejection email, which confirms my suspicions about the so called position.
based on this piece of data, i would say that the reviews on glassdoor of this company are accurate. the 1-2 stars.
highly unethical company.
