I applied online and got called into an interview with the manager 4 days later. I have 6 years of clinical experience in crisis work and diagnosing as an LPC. However, I didn't get the job. I'm not sure if they were looking for someone who's been working with insurance companies, even though I have done authorizations with insurance companies, but they are definitely missing out. They asked various clinical examples, which are easy if you're Licensed. Other examples include "tell me a time when you....." which do not exactly give a good picture of someone's work ethic.
