Very straightforward. All recruiters that I interacted with were delightful and despite not even passing through screening, was a good experience. However, my ultimate recommendation for everyone is BE PREPARED right at screening stage! Even though I only had a 20min phone call screening with a recruiter, 90% of the time was a real formal interview with behavioral questions. I thought there would be more motivational/background questions for screening, but that was not my experience. Screening > Hiring manager interview > Take home assessment > Full day of back to back interviews
