Very involved with HR... beware of not being the "right girl" in terms of the brand... Expect to have to submit a brand-specific portfolio project that is separate from your personal portfolio.

I applied to an assistant designer position with Anthropologie online on May 6, and received an offer on June 5. The process included an online application, video question interview, phone interview, skype interview, creative project, and in-person interview. The HR team is amazing and very responsive--they did a great job of moving me along and I never felt like I was in limbo. URBN is known for issuing projects for creative positions, and that was a big basis for my interview. I liked this because instead of vague interview questions, we could concretely speak about my process and my work.
