Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Antra (Dulles, VA) em mai. de 2017
Entrevista
The first round was a call from HR for setting up the interview and the HR checks your communication skills. Second round is an online test with around 5 MCQ's on SQL and Core Java and one simple code. The third round was a Skype round and they dig deeper into core Java and some questions on SQL. The interviewer will basically check if you are able to answer the questions atleast with hints. That will prove that they can train you. The interview is basically for their training and they have another round of evaluation in the middle of their training after 1 or 2 weeks.

As an ICC, the interview for this job is challenging. Although coding was relatively easy, many theoretical Java questions were asked in interviews, making it difficult. The passing rate(1st interview and eval) was about 50%-60%
The interview process was structured and clear, consisting of several rounds that tested both coding skills and understanding of fundamental concepts in my field. From the initial application to scheduling interviews and answering any questions I had, the HR personnel were prompt and clear in their communications. The company was quick to inform me of their decision after the final interview round, which I appreciated greatly.
