They do not respect your time. The 1st round screening interviewer (also the hiring manager) was late, the 2nd round technical interviewer went over by 15 minutes and would’ve gone over even longer had I not been busy, and the 3rd round technical interviewer left with 40 minutes remaining in the hour-long call because I didn’t immediately get the exact approach he was looking for, though I had earlier suggested a brute force solution and was working on a different solution that wasn't that far off. This was by far the most wild experience I’ve ever had during any job search despite the question not being that difficult.
The hiring manager had been pretty condescending during my 1st round, asking if I can code and if I’d be able to pass coding interviews, which implies to me that they’ve inflicted their weird unreasonable standards onto other candidates in the past. Seems like they really do not have their interview process ironed out at all…they likely have no idea what they’re looking for or how to interview candidates in a productive and professional way.
