Entrevista
The process involves an HR introduction round, take-home assignment, personality test, technical interview, and an interview with the founder.
The first round was an introduction call with the HR. The questions were about what motivates me, why I am looking for a job, etc.
Then I was asked to take an online IQ test and personality test.
Next, I was sent a take-home assignment on GraphQL. I had to write both frontend and backend with the focus on the backend in Graphql / node. It should take at least a day or more depending upon your experience.
After the assignment was reviewed the next round was a technical interview with 2 engineers. It was mostly about my design choices and me explaining my code to them. I think it lasted for 45 mins to 1 hr.
The next round was an interview with one of the founders. As I needed relocation, I think he was trying to understand my motivation for this and also what motivates/demotivates me. And more questions along these lines.

1. Casual chat with the recruiter for understanding the position and cultural fit.
2. Take home assignment - This was a GraphQL based nodejs service with react frontend.
