3 stages of interview, 3rd being an in depth presentation presenting to the COO and hiring manager. COO stayed for first 5 minutes to let me know how great the team was and how lovely everyone was. I presented my presentation, the interview ended and then was ghosted by both the recruiter and the hiring manager, despite two follow ups. Great people....
