Entrevista
First interview was a phone interview that lasted 30 minutes and consisted of 8 questions. This round was a positive experience. Second interview was in person and lasted an hour and consisted of 20 questions, and upon answering questions thoroughly it was implied by interviewers that it was my fault they were running out of time. Left three minutes for me to ask questions and seemed ready to rush me out of the room instead of answering them. Then had to take a test and write a press release. HR said this was to be done in 15 minutes but everyone else took longer. I took longer but without an actual amount of time granted, I was then told I was taking too long and it wasn't fair to other candidates. HR also struggled to set up the computer and de-identified the name of the other candidates before me, which feels like a privacy violation but I am not a lawyer. Left disgusted by the overall experience and did not bother to send any follow up emails. I would not have accepted the job if I had received an offer based on the lack of respect the company seems to have for internal applicant privacy. Anythink has a very positive external reputation but in person I saw the facade crumble. It was in the company's best interest not to offer me the job.

Entrevista
The interview process took about a month. I first submitted my application and was called a week later to set up a phone interview. Then, I had the phone interview, which consisted of 10 questions that the branch manager and someone on their district committee board interviewed me.
