An awful experience and the second time I have been ghosted by AON. 2 interviews held months apart, no feedback following either interview and left in the dark for several months on status; being told there was a funding issue to then be regretted in late May, following repeated chasing for a status update on whether I was still even being considered. This experience was handled directly by their own Exec Recruitment team. I invested a lot in the process and incredibly disappointed by the complete lack of empathy or respect shown in the process.
