Assessment centre took one day, we had various tasks including presenting, a personal pitch, interview, in-tray and debate exercises. The presentation was about a pension related topic and required research on the industry and on what Aon specifically does. Overall experience was really good and everyone was really helpful and passionate about what they do. The feedback I received was very constructive and helped me identify further points of improvement.

1st round: phone screening with HR. 2nd round;”: 4 back to back 30 minute-long inperson interviews. It took about 2-3 weeks to hear back from the HR, overall positive experience.
