Very easy process, they will check flexibility for work. They will check more about your last experience, according to that they will hire you. Your strength, weakness, career short term and long term goal. About your family and last company experience. How you manage your work. Stuff like that only.

Very efficient. A member of HR will email/call you back to have a brief over the phone screening. The HR member was very polite and professional.
After, if you pass the screening, they'll arrange for an in-person interview. I interviewed with the direct manager for the position. Overall, the interview went very well. He was professional, honest, and open-minded.
Once that's done, the hr rep will reach out to you with the decision.
Overall the process was quick, efficient, and very professional.

1- HR round - it's overall all about your previous company experience , what is expectation , document as ready or not , whey you join , and notice period required or not . why you want to leave your previous organization . and why you want to join AON .
What is you future goal etc.
2- online psychometric test of 100 questions/hour. you need to be very carefull , it's all related to your decision making knowledge . speed , thoughts process . goal oriented or not . you need to justify yourself that you can handle pressure . work and life . can take better decision in tough situation , situation based questions & answers
3- then written English Grammer test
4- Manager round
5- salary negotiations round on next day
