After posting my resume on Monster.com, I was contacted by a staffing agency who found me this position at Aon. . The staffing agency was basically the "middle-man" between myself and Aon. I had two interviews (with a day in-between) and they went great. I was offered the position an hour after my second interview and I could not be more blessed to work for Aon.

Completed an in person interview in April and a virtual interview with the admin team in May and did not hear anything back until July. Several attempts to follow up with no responses.

Invited to a video interview, after I received an email to complete four assessment tests 30 minutes each. Waited a week to reach out to the recruiter who stated she forward my profile to the manager: I never heard from the company wasted my time, they should have sent out an email stating something which is the HR job to do.

Despite being told I had an impressive resume and came highly recommended, I heard nothing more from them.
