Process consisted of a written application, online tests, a video interview and an assessment centre. Assessment centre was fairly good, nice atmosphere and we were kept well informed, it was actually quite enjoyable. I have reason to doubt the consistency of the selection process as the feedback I had on my presentation was the exact opposite of my feedback on the presentation I gave at the same assessment centre a year before, even though I gave the same presentation. Feedback was fairly detailed but had been computer generated from tickbox sheets.
