it is very simple, it is all about behavior questions. I applied for this intern on campus and the interview is on campus too. I am still waiting for the outcome. I need more words to get more outcomes

Tell me about the experience that you made a mistake and how you fix it
1st round: phone screening with HR. 2nd round;”: 4 back to back 30 minute-long inperson interviews. It took about 2-3 weeks to hear back from the HR, overall positive experience.

Entrevista
The process was entertaining and educative, I was asked to introduce my self. Why did apply for Aon?
I am legal in Poland? What did I study? Salary expectations? I am eligible to relocation?
They notified me about the interview less than 48 hours before hand. The interview itself was very standard and not extremely difficult. I never heard from them afterwards, which was frustrating.
