There was an initial online screening which involved interviewing on an online software. This was then followed by an interview with two people from the company about two weeks or so after the initial screening was completed.

Name a time when you had to take charge of a given situation.
It was a bit strange. The interview was in the breakout area next to people playing ping pong. Apparently, it was not a proper interview but more a casual meet-up and then after I would still need to do 2x interviews and maybe assessment.
