First online application, then soon you will hear from them with a link to an online test which includes situational judgement and then a short mathematical test involving lots of data interpretation in a short space of time. Video interview follows with 2 minutes to prep each question before two minutes of talking 5 questions total.

Why do you want to work as an actuarial consultant, why do you want to work for AoN
The assessment centre comprises of an interview, an aptitude test, and a presentation. The presentation could be on a range of topics, all related to pensions. The assessment centre was in person and lasted all day.
