During the day long online assessment centre, we had a group exercise to discuss a topic and present our thoughts by the end of that section, following by individual presentation and individual interview. It was fun and the interviewer were very friendly. I heard back from them few days after and got the detail feedback after three weeks from that email.

Performed psychometric test and then pre recorded interview questions that are submitted within two minute time windows. Both the psychometric test and the recorded interview process ran smoothly and were clear in their instructions. The company communicated well throughout the process.

A range of psychometric tests followed by a video interview which consisted of a variety of questions about the position and what I could do and bring to the team.
