Had a psychometric test and those who scored 90 %and above were given the job. After that we had to fill in paperwork. The experience was great. But I did not get the job after writing the test

Entrevista
Three rounds of interview. First round is a game simulator. Second round is a group case. Last round is a group panel interview. The first round is pretty challenging with test of logic, math and memory. Second round is more on how you collaborate with others and the panel interview is really to highlight your strengths and understanding of the company.
