2 phase process. Phase 1 = phone screen with recruiter, phase 2 = 6 1x1 meetings with hiring manager and various key stakeholders. Recruiter was inconsistent in sharing details/next steps therefore would suggest any applicants stay on the recruiter and/or engage with hiring manager if possible
