efficient, transparent, great interview process. Recruiter and coordinator were great and very responsive. I hope to join the company and receive an offer. Process was quick and turnaround time was faster than expected.

Entrevista
I interviewed for this position in the Aon Center at 200 E Randolph with an initial phone screen by HR. HR asked the standard background questions as well as why are you looking to leave our current position (if employed). Turn over inviting me onsite for an in person went fairly quickly, 2 - 3 days. In person interview consisted of speaking with two individuals. Here, you don't really know what you're going to get. I had one person who was looking at personality and speaking to me from a culturally standpoint. They asked me a few behavioral questions, but it was a very comfortable conversation. The Hiring Manager, however, was all behavioral and technical. They asked me a very unique question that I had not prepared for, but had seen it during my research. See Below

Entrevista
I interviewed with three people at the 200 E. Randolph location. The lady I spoke with didn't really ask good questions that would allow me to tell any stories. The manager of payroll and benefits interviewed me but all he did was talk about himself. The last interviewer was definitely intelligent and I felt the interview went well.
