Coffee with partner and senior broker, introduction of the company and role and questions to the applicant. Difficult and rather technical, a lot had to do with the career of the interviewers.
easy, fast, and the interviewers cared a lot aout you as a person instead of all the corporate jargon. asked straightforward question and gave good info on the job as well
