It started out with a Hirevue and personality quizzes, which are probably just a random shot in the dark. Then, I had 4 rounds of interviews, starting with my manager, then a team member, then my manager's boss, and then my manager's boss's boss. Interviews were about two weeks apart. They were cooperative when I needed a condensed timeline due to other offer deadlines. Everyone was very friendly and all interviews were conversational in nature! The team expressed great interest and put in extra effort to schedule additional calls with me to get to know me and introduce their work. Everyone was casual and made me feel at home on the team already.
