I was refereed by a top agent. The interview was simple. A few background questions. I had a license already which gives you more ammo. The owner of the company just wanted to make sure I was an honest guy and that I would work hard. Everything else he needed to know he got from the referral. P.S. becoming a real estate agent is easy, being a good real estate agent is very difficult. Being a top agent and making the kind of money you hear about... extremely difficult.
