I applied for this position via a specialist recruitment agency who were extremely professional and took time to talk through my requirements for future roles to ensure a good match with employers.
I applied for a role as a Training Manager, which I was not offered, but based on my interview, background and skills, I was offered a training and development officer role. When I tried to obtain more details including the job description, I was not treated with professionalism by the HR dept who suggested I got these details from the agency. The JD provided to the agency was not current and despite requests for updates, it was not forthcoming.
