I was invited to a Zoom meeting that I was not told in advance would be recorded. I was immediately told by the interviewer that the interview would be monitored by an HR representative who could not be seen on screen but could only be heard, again with no prior notice. They gave a very cold impression like they felt I was not qualified and was wasting their time. I was quite baffled as to why then they requested an interview in the first place. The experience was humiliating and I wish I never wasted the time to speak to them.
