I had three rounds of interviews with 1. the HR 2. Tech guys 3. More tech guys. The experience during the interviews was good and the questions quite spot on. The super slow feedback was definitely a negative aspect of the entire process. It took them more than 2 months(!) from the day I applied till the day I received their final feedback. After the 3rd(!) round of interviews, it took them longer than 2 weeks to provide some feedback and actually use the excuse of "change of requirements". This does not look good to candidates and if I was aware of the entire process I would never have applied.

The interview was great, everyone was really pleasant and really friendly. The recruiter/HR part was pretty straight forward. The technical interviews were very pleasant and there were no gotcha questions, pretty straight forward there as well. Asked about my experience, how I've dealt with certain problems, what technology I have experience with, etc. There were no questions read off of a sheet asking about something like "Are objects passed by value or reference in PHP" like companies tend to do. They understand what is important and it really shows that they extend respect to the candidates. The process from start to finish took about 1 month in total. There were 4 steps to the process: 1. 30m interview with HR/Recruiting 2. 1h technical interview with a programmer 3. 1h technical interview with 2 other programmers from the target team 4. 30m interview with the CTO I had to withdraw from my process earlier than they were able to extend an offer officially due to taking a different offer, but will definitely apply for a position again in the future.
