I met with the HR manager in one virtual interview, during which he seemed like he didn't know what to ask. Later I was interviewed by the HR Director and other HR staff in a second virtual interview, on a Tuesday. At the end of the interview I was told that I would receive either an offer letter or a declination, by Friday. The following week I called to ask about the position and they said that Memorial day had slowed them down, later that week, they said that Memorial day had caused problems because it was a 4 day week, and they couldn't get the documents completed in time. It has now been 23 days since I was supposed to get a final answer, and they have completely ghosted me. I would assume based on the Glassdoor reviews and my experience, that this is not a great company and is largely mismanaged. Steer Clear of APIS.

Associate (Devin - Reading PA) called me expressing interest in my application and resume. Full disclosure: I'm a recent college undergraduate and little-no experience in the IDD field. However, he still called me and inquired about my application. Out of 12-15 jobs I've applied for, he is the only one that called me and I am so thankful for that! Not many managers do that these days (salt of the earth)! I was so thankful and even though I did not qualify for the role, he wanted to know if I was interested in starting out as a Assistant Program Coordinator/Program Coordinator (APC/PC), I was interested in applying so he sent me the link and I'll be applying for the role after I submit this review.
