Interview very straightforward. Salary okay but not many benefits. The main issue was I would have to do a lot of traveling from centre to centre. I decided to decline because of this reason.

It was an online interview. It lasted for 30 minutes, the interviewer was polite and friendly. There were lots of questions about teaching methods, expectations, previous work experience and educational background.

To handle it, I focus on creating a classroom where diversity is valued, use adaptable teaching methods to suit each student's style, and offer personalized help to ensure each student succeeds What are the aspects of good instructions in a classroom? How can you support your students’ understanding of your instructions?

It was a short interview mostly going over my CV.There were a few classroom management questions too. At the end of the interview I had to create a sample lesson plan. They also asked about availability.
