Had multiple phone interviews with various levels within the department. Went into the office for a one long day of interviews with the 7-8 top partners. After you get a verbal offer you have to go through a 2-3 week long background check which is pretty rigorous.

Generally an easy process, the firm uses a recruiter for most of the hiring process and HR steps in during the offer negotiations at the end. Three rounds is the norm.
