I was "ghosted" twice in the interview process. The first time, they just no call/no showed while I sat in a Zoom meeting waiting for 15 minutes. Two weeks later, the recruiter reached back out and apologized. We set up another interview -- it went okay even though they switched up the interviewer at the last minute. After that, I got no rejection letter and no response to my follow up emails.
