The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by one or two video interviews with management. Questions focused on sales experience, communication style, and ability to handle volume and targets. Overall, the process was straightforward and clearly structured.

Interview process consisted of a screening call with a recruiter, a virtual interview with a Product Specialist Manager, and a virtual interview with a Product Specialist Area Manager. The recruiter was so disorganized with scheduling a screening call. They no showed and then I had to reach out to reschedule, and they called me at the wrong time. Interviews were very informal. One person called me from their vehicle. This was a very long process for a part time job with no guaranteed hours.
