There was 1 round of telephonic round which was purely technical. The second round was HR f2f and the third round was technical f2f. What felt weird to me was even before testing my technical skills the HR wanted to know if I will join immediately if they made an offer. I wasn't told anything about the CTC or the project I was being interviewed for but she needed a confirmation nevertheless. Also, by immediate she meant the very next day !! I said I would need 3-4 days time to process the offer . Since I mentioned that I needed to weigh in all the factors before making such a decision, the displeasure was evident on her face. The HR interview did not make much sense as I had not even completed the technical f2f. The technical interview was average. The attitudes of the both the HR and the technical interviewer wasn't pleasant.
