The interview was in a place which was temporary office shared by multiple companies at the same time. HR made us wait for 5-6 hours to attend a interview round through which nobody was rejected. Finally they have given assignment to everybody which is same for all developers attending the interview. HR was so keen on convincing candidates that, 1. Company is not a start up 2. We don't waste candidates time ?(as per me its not true) 3. Ignore the Appdirect's interview feedback from Glassdoor they are fake Even the technical interviewer did not know what he should be to experienced guys. Even after submitting the assignment code there was no reply from the Appdirect. All the effort and the time invested in developing a complete application was wasted. As per them the effort needed is 5-6 hours but it took me 20+ hours to get it done.

1 Technical phone screen + coding exercise. Simple data structure questions on Stacks, printing the next minimum value from a stack in O(n). Other questions were about stack and uses of stack, the basic ethods needed to implement stack.
