Entrevista
The interview process was straight forward with 4 phone interviews - 1 for resume screening with an HR, 1 for position discussion with the HR, 2 calls from the hiring team. After a few weeks they called me onsite. The interviewers and the interview schedule was communicated ahead of time, which helped with prepping for the interviews and composing answers as per the audience. Onsite was 4 rounds in addition to final HR discussion.

All rounds pertained to a through discussion of the resume, work experience, why I wanted to change my job, why I wanted to get into AppD.
Question related to how I would handle certain scenarios such as change request priroritization, difficult client relationship, challenging projects etc

Entrevista
The interviewer asked basic questions about my background and easy behavioral questions. I did not appreciate that they never followed up with my status of rejected until I reached out twice.
