After an initial screener I met with the hiring manager twice: first for a standard intro meeting/behavioral interview then again for a short case interview. After that I met with four execs for behavioral interviews. Each member of the hiring committee was assigned a couple of areas to probe. Finally there was an on-site day at their Santa Barbara office with a couple of interviews and informal meet-and-greet with team members. Throughout the process it seemed like they had a clear idea of the qualities and experience they were looking for and had a well structure process to test for those without feeling overbearing or too formal. Overall everyone was friendly, accommodating and genuine.
