First a phone screen with recruiter to talk about background and potential fit with Appfolio. Then two 1-hr technical interviews on different days with senior/staff engineers. This was followed by on-site consisting of two back-to-back 1-hr technical interviews with the director of engineering and another staff engineer. The recruiter was very pleasant to work with and usually responded within 24 hours. All of the engineers seemed very nice as well! People here seem to be very relaxed and always talk about the great work life balance. Makes sense given the awesome location the company gets to call home. Highly recommend interviewing at Appfolio!
