I went through a pretty long process took longer than usual was about 5 months long, due to scheduling and the process going through December which admittedly makes it awkward cause it creates the problem of people being on PTO, initial screening, two technical interviews, one design interview, then a more behavioral interview, finally an interview with a hiring manager.

Design something related to the company, but very barebones and simple, they basically take the idea of something they solved in the past and narrow it down as a problem for you to solve, which imo is a great way to interview

Entrevista
The interview process was super polished and seamless. The process was: Initial recruiter phone screen -> 30-min talk with Director of Engineering -> 1-hr Technical Ruby on Rails interview -> Three 1-hr technical interviews (front and back-end). They really stress the importance of clean code, so be sure to brush up on best practices and discuss improvements that can be made. It was such a pleasure to meet everyone on the team and throughout the entire process, I could easily tell how positive the environment within the team is! Everyone was receptive to feedback and considerate about any issues we faced (coding platform issues, etc.).
I have to give a big shoutout to my recruiter, Evan, who is easily one of the most kind and compassionate recruiters I've interacted with!
