Applied through the website, had a recruiter reach out fairly quick and went through a phone screen after which I was asked to come on site to their office interview with 3 different engineers. AppLovin reviewed applications really fast and came to decisions quickly. The whole process was fairly short, 1-2 weeks. The interviewers were all great, they were genuinely interested and made the interviews less stressful. Great interview experience.
