Entrevista
The department chair's short notice and the overall lack of engagement from the interviewees made for a disappointing interview experience. While three faculty members were present, only the department chair actively participated in the conversation. The other two faculty members remained silent, making their inclusion seem unnecessary. The interview felt rushed and impersonal, with little opportunity for meaningful dialogue or feedback. Overall just a waste of my time.

Tell us about yourself? Tell us about a time you’ve had to learn a new skill, master a new skill and what did it look like for you? Describe client based actions that you have done to produced a positive relationship? With procedures and policies constantly changing give an example of how you have gotten over these type of challenges?
